Summer & Holiday Rates
June to September

A word on minimum stays. The reason for the minimum stay is to avoid gaps in renting the house especially during the summer. Longer stays help make sure we don’t have a nights that we cannot rent. That said, if you look at our availability calendar and see a gap between rentals that is shorter than the minimum stay, please ask us!

Deposits, Cleaning Fees and Room Tax
A refundable damage/reservation deposit of $200 ($300 for groups with pets) is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure. See the rental policy for details.
There is a $70 cleaning fee per stay. For rentals longer than a week, additional cleanings may be required to keep the house maintained.
There are state & local taxes totaling 11% on all rentals. The tax will
be added to your rental statement.
We welcome and encourage you to bring your well-behaved pets to stay at our house. Because even the most well-behaved pet requires additional cleaning and increases the potential for damage, we charge a nominal fee of $10 per night per pet. That additional pet fee will not exceed $100.
